So this is where our Dossier is right now!

Isn't that so fun??!!

I love Fed Ex tracking.

So in just a couple of days it will land in Kigali, Rwanda.

After it lands, it will be placed in a pile of other applications 

(though I feel sure mine just might stick out a bit)

and will wait until the Minister of Gender and Family Protection decides that it is time to process some more applications.  This woman's job is to oversee all orphans and widows in the whole country (what an amazing job!), so the aspect of adoption is just one small detail.  But of course, we hope that she gets to our notebook as soon as she possibly can.
