You would never know this happy little girl is still fighting off 105 temperatures and a 26000 white blood cell count. She has experienced "delerium" on several occassions which, though she appears extremely happy, she is litterally bouncing off the walls with eyes glazed over. This is due to the lack of oxygen getting through her lungs. It then effects the brain. Yes, this is scary...but we are hoping we have seen the last of that!
In a few minutes she will be given her second dose of antibiotic and put on an IV...at least we hope. Things are improving and we are EXTREMELY blessed by all of you praying and sending sweet messages to our precious baby girl.

ReplyDeleteShe is so stinking CUTE! It sure looks like she is feeling better. I hope the antibiotics work really quickly and you get to be on your plane home as planned.
